How do I place an order for catering?
You can place an order for catering here.
Do you have a catering minimum?
We ask that you meet a $150 food and beverage minimum. Delivery, tax, and gratuity do not contribute toward this minimum.
Can I place an order for the same day?
All orders are made fresh at Daily Provisions, we kindly ask that orders are placed by 5pm two days prior to your pickup or delivery date. For example, orders for Wednesday must be placed before 5pm the Monday prior. Extra-large orders may require additional notice.
What if I have to cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at catering@dailyprovisions.co. Requests to cancel your order will be accepted up until 5pm two days before your pickup or delivery date. For example, a cancellation request for an order for Wednesday must be sent before 5pm the Monday prior. We will confirm we've received your request as soon as time allows, please note that so long as your request is submitted before the deadline your cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellations requested after 5pm two days prior will not be refunded.
How do I make edits to my order?
To adjust your order details, please email us at catering@dailyprovisions.co. Requests for adjustments will be accepted up until 5pm two days before your pickup or delivery date. For example, a request to adjust an order for Wednesday must be sent before 5pm the Monday prior. Requests for changes sent in after 5pm two days prior are not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the catering team. We will confirm we've received your request as soon as time allows, please note that so long as your request is submitted before the deadline your adjustment will be considered.
Does my order include plates, napkins, etc.?
Upon request, we offer plates, cups, napkins and/or cutlery free of charge.
PICK-UP, DELIVERY & SET UP
Can I order for delivery?
We offer delivery in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, Jersey City/Hoboken and Boston/Cambridge and charge a flat catering delivery fee of $40 for orders up to $300 and $50 for orders $300+.
How does pick-up work for catering orders?
You can select your pick up time within restaurant operating hours and we will have the order ready for you at the Daily Provisions location of your choice. Pick-up times vary per location.
When should I request delivery drop-off?
When choosing a delivery time, we recommend requesting an earlier time to allow for any delays due to traffic, building check-in procedures, etc.
What if my address is outside your delivery zone?
While we can’t guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to reach out to catering@dailyprovisions.co and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will your team help set up my order?
We offer drop-off catering only and are not be able to guarantee help with set up.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Allergen information is listed under each menu item on our catering order page. Please note that all items are produced in the same kitchen so there is always a risk of cross contamination.
PAYMENT
We are a tax-exempt organization, do you offer tax exemption?
Yes! We offer tax exemption on catering orders for organizations with tax-exempt status. When placing your order online, please check the tax-exempt box on the checkout page and enter your tax-exempt certificate number. Once your order has been placed, please email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to catering@dailyprovisions.co. Please note that if you have already placed an order with tax included, we are not able to remove the tax and issue a refund.
Can I pay for my order with a Daily Provisions or USHG gift card?
Yes! Please reach out to us at catering@dailyprovisions.co and we will help place the order for you.
